Why we built this

01 · The Problem

Modern screens display at 1000:1 contrast ratios while natural paper sits at 15:1. High-contrast, emissive screens cause eye strain, micro-saccades, and reduced blink rates.

02 · The Opportunity

What if your screen could feel like paper? Not changing colors, but softening the surface to reduce eye strain and help you focus longer.

03 · Our Approach

Built with Tauri for native performance on Windows and macOS. Uses SVG fractal noise for organic paper grain. Click-through technology keeps the overlay invisible to mouse and keyboard.

04 · Why It Matters
